TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. General
    1. These Terms and Conditions are by and between RegulatoryJobs.ca and the organization noted in Section 1 of this webpage, “Send us Your Posting”.
    2. The authorized individual, individuals, and/or staffing agency, hereinafter “Recruiter” consents to RegulatoryJobs.ca exporting the attached job listing(s) for the purpose of promoting it/them on RegulatoryJobs.ca, a website that lists employment opportunities in the licensing and professional regulation sector.
    3. RegulatoryJobs.ca is owned and managed by MDR Public Affairs of 1400-330 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 2S8. MDR Public Affairs authorizes all transactions by and between RegulatoryJobs.ca and Recruiter and has final authority on all matters related to it on behalf of RegulatoryJobs.ca.
    4. RegulatoryJobs.ca posts employment opportunities to retain staff, whether full-time or part-time, permanent, temporary, or other, of organizations involved in the licensing and professional regulation sector only. Requests for listings from other entities will not be accepted.
    5. A Canadian regulatory organization is a not-for-profit corporation designated by statute by a provincial, territorial, or federal government agency to enforce legislation and codes of conduct governing a profession or professions in their respective jurisdiction.
      The Recruiter understands that the role of RegulatoryJobs.ca is to advertise employment opportunities to increase the visibility of jobs vacancies and cannot guarantee identifying or presenting successful candidate(s).
  2. Advertising Period
    1. The advertising period of a job posting is 30 (thirty) days. The Recruiter may request an early removal of the job listing by contacting listings@regulatoryjobs.ca. Removal might take up to 2 (two) business days from receipt of the written request. The recruiter may request an extension of the posting by contacting listings@regulatoryjobs.ca. An extension may be subject to additional fees. Early removal of a job posting does not reduce the listing fee.
  3. Regional Listings
    1. RegulatoryJobs.ca lists employment opportunities regionally: Alberta; British Columbia; Manitoba; New Brunswick; Newfoundland and Labrador; Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon; Nova Scotia; Ontario; Prince Edward Island; Quebec; Saskatchewan.
    2. Employment opportunities can be featured nationally on RegulatoryJobs.ca as National Featured Listings.
  4. Listing Format
    1. Each employment listing includes: job title, employer, employer’s website, location, employment term, date of posting on RegulatoryJobs.ca, application deadline, compensation.
    2. A brief description of the employment opportunity is included in each listing.
    3. All content is provided by the recruiter.
  5. Fees
    1. RegulatoryJobs.ca provides a discounted rate to subscribers of ConsumerProtection.info.
    2. Subscriptions to ConsumerProtection.info become available in November 2019.
    3. All listings are free of charge until January 31, 2020.
    4. Advertising on RegulatoryJobs.ca is subject to the following fees:

      National Featured Listings

      Six employment listings can be prominently displayed on the RegulatoryJobs.ca homepage, advertised in a boxed image with the recruiting organization’s logo, name, and municipality of operation. Each National Featured Listing is promoted daily through social media, other publications, and direct email marketing.

      Standard listings are employment opportunities that are listed in each region. Each listing will be promoted through social media within its respective jurisdiction.

    5. The fees outlined in these Terms and Conditions are based on individual listings only.
    6. Only one employment opportunity per listing is accepted.
    7. Listings can be translated from English to French for an additional fee of $0.25 per word.
    8. The fees outlined in these Terms and Conditions are exclusive of sales taxes, due at the time of payment and prior to listing.
    9. Fees are non-refundable.
    10. Fees are subject to change. Fee changes will not impact active listings or listings for which payment has been received.
  6. Listing Process
    1. The recruiter shall submit the job listing(s), complete the forms as required, agree to the
      terms and conditions and submit below.
    2. Upon review of the submission, RegulatoryJobs.ca will issue an invoice to the Recruiter.
    3. Payment from the Recruiter is due and payable in full by credit card upon receipt. Once received, the listing will be posted onto RegulatoryJobs.ca. Please allow up to two business days for the listing to be displayed online.
    4. Payment and listing confirmation will be issued to the Recruiter.
  7. Trial Period
    1. RegulatoryJobs.ca is offering free listings to all recruiters until January 31, 2020.
    2. Listings submitted after January 31, 2020 are subject fees listed herein.
    3. National Featured Listings and Provincial Featured Listings are free. Placements are subject to availability.
